How to unlock Biological Intel: Stony Stare in FF7 Rebirth
Once you arrive in the Nibel region of FF7 Rebirth, you can meet Chadley in Nibelheim. Selecting the Combat Simulator option will reveal a new biological intelligence called Stony Stare.
To unlock the Biological Intel: Stony Stare,you must complete three tasks: assess 16 enemies in the Nibel region, defeat the classified foe in Cosmo Canyon, and obtain theEnemy Skill Materia(which we have a guide on).
How to make Nibel enemies respawn
You may be worried that you missed out on certain enemies in the Nibel region and fear they won’t respawn. The good news is thatNibel has more than 16 enemies, meaning you can assess others you encounter and still unlock the Biological Intel: Stony Stare.
In other words, if you miss an enemy during a side quest, you must assess another enemy in a different location. Remember, the type of enemy doesn’t matter; all that matters is that you assess 16 in total.
How to assess 16 Nibel enemies in FF7 Rebirth
Although you only have to assess 16 enemies to unlock Biological Intel: Stony Stare, there are plenty of options available in Nibel. Below we have compiled all the enemies you will encounter on your adventures through the Nibel region.
Remember, to assess an enemy in FF7 Rebirth, you must have one of your party members equipped with the assess ability. Assess was provided to the player at the start of the game, so you should already have it in your inventory. I recommend equipping the Assess Materia to a party member who can fill up the ATB gauge fast so you can use it toward the start of the battle.
