A rare shader that was only available through the $10 Event Card upgrade in Festival of the Lost 2022 has finally made its way to the Bright Dust store.

The most popular cosmetic items inDestiny 2are shaders. When applied shaders let players change the color of either their armor or weapons to give them a completely different feel.

While many shaders are earned in-game it’s becoming increasingly common for more and more to belocked behind pay walls. However, Bungie has been making an effort to move some premium shaders to the Bright Dust store as it did withEgo Malign.

This marks the first time the premium shader has been earnable through in-game methods having previously been locked behind a $10 Event Card upgrade in Festival of the Lost 2022.

The shader itself is quite unusualfeaturing a mix of yellow and light blue with elements of white and dark red mixed in. Although it’s difficult to match with the majority of armor and weapons there’s certain to be a combination where this shader works.
