The sand-covered region of Kehjistan is likely the fourth part ofDiablo 4’sopen world map that you’ll visit throughout the campaign. Like the three regions that preceded it, Kehjistan has its fair share of side dungeons for you to find and complete.

While these might not be that enticing to you as you complete the main quest, the aspects, renown, and late-game content they offer cannot be ignored completely. You’ll likely find yourself wanting (or needing) to run through these dungeons sooner or later. So, to save you the hassle, here’s every side dungeon location in Kehjistan and each dungeon that you’ll have to unlock.
All Kehjistan Dungeon Locations
There are 23 dungeons scattered across the dunes of Kehjistan, butyou will only be to discover 16 of thembefore completing certain parts of the main quest. To find a dungeon on your map, all you’ll have to do ismove near where it’s located.The map should fill in large pieces of the region as you step into them, and once you enter the piece with the dungeon you’re looking for, you’ll be able to see exactly where it is.

Locked Dungeons In Kehjistan
Seven of the 23 dungeons in Kehjistan are lockedbehind various quests, and in a departure fromthe earlier regions in the game,very few of those locked dungeons are unlocked by completing strongholds.
Only two dungeons are unlocked by clearing outthe strongholdsthey’re located in. Sepulchur Of The Forsworn is unlocked by defeating the Altar Of Ruin Stronghold, and Crumbling Hekma is uncovered by clearing the Omath’s Redoubt stronghold. The third stronghold in Kehjistan, Alcarnus, doesn’t unlock anything once cleared.
The other five locked dungeons are Fading Echo, Prison Of Caldeum, Renegade’s Retreat, Crusader’s Cathedral, and Yshari Sanctum. All of these are locked behind the main quest progression, and unfortunately,you’ll have to nearly complete act sixbefore these dungeons become available to you.
