The plethora of characters introduced inOne Pieceover the course of almost 30 years has all had some sort of connection to the main storyline. However, there are still some characters who have yet to get a proper description and become a part of the central storyline. One such character who is not yet used by Eiichiro Oda inOne Pieceis Urouge.

Urouge was a member of the Worst Generation, and when he was officially introduced, fans were confident that he would hold a lot of significance and would probably portray the role of Luffy’s enemy inOne Piece. However, his character development inOne Pieceis criminally undermined, and fans have been waiting for him to make a move.

But aOne Piecetheory claims that Urouge will certainly make his presence felt in the story. There is a chance that he might enter the final saga and attempt to claim theOne Piecetreasure, which would automatically make him one of the most significant characters within the story.

Urouge’s total contribution to theOne Piecenarrative

Just like Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer, Urouge was referred to as one of the Worst Generation pirates who were the strongest and most dangerous pirate group of the new pirate era. He is the captain and the priest of the Fallen Monk Pirates, and just like every other Worst Generation crew, they are known for wreaking havoc and proving their strength.

Urouge has been a part of the storyline since the Sabaody Archipelago arc, where all the members of the Worst Generation were introduced. It was revealed that Urouge had a bounty of 108,000,000 berries, which was quite impressive at the time. However, after Sabaody, Urouge went silent and only made one appearance during the Dressrosa arc.

It was revealed that Urouge managed to defeat Charlotte Snack, which was a feat in itself, but later on, he was taken down by Charlotte Cracker. Ever since then, Urouge has been missing from theOne Piecestoryline and has yet to become a part of the final saga of the series fortheOne Piecetreasure.

Urouge might face Luffy in the final saga

According to aOne Piecetheory posted by@ShesoOPon YouTube, Urouge might meet Luffy soon and it is more than likely that the two will engage in a battle for the finalOne Piecetreasure that will decide who becomes the King of the Pirates. There are quite a few aspects that confirm thisOne Piecetheory.

First of all, Urouge is a resident of the Sky Islands and is probably a Birkan. The theory states that Oda has already established the connection between the peoplefrom the Sky Islandand the Void century which will most likely be explored in the final arc of the series. The only Sky Island character who is still part of theOne Piecestoryline is Urouge.

Therefore, it is safe to say that Urouge will make an official appearance inOne Piece. But the only question is whether he will pose as an ally for Luffy or would challenge him head on resulting in a great battle between the two strongest members of the Worst Generation inOne Piece.
