10. Nunatak ESO Monster Set

Nunatak is still the only set in the game that provides Major Brittle a +20% critical damage bonus against the target affected. It’s a fantastic support set for short fights, especially in dungeons where you have a harder time hitting the crit damage cap. It’s a bit too niche to put higher in the list, but if you want to play support, you should work towards getting this monster set.
9. Encratis’s Behemoth Monster Set

Encratis’s Behemoth has generally been a strong buff monster set in ESO for quite some time. While not very high on the list, it’s still a pretty easy inclusion on our best ESO monster helmet sets ranked list.
A large portion of group DPS is fire damage, so a flat 5% buff to fire damage is quite a lot. This item used to be necessary for organized PvE content when groups stackedDragonknights, but with Arcanists doing much less fire damage, it’s not used as often in content. Still, it’s a great group buff monster set to have if your group does much fire damage.
8. Ozezan the Inferno ESO Monster Set

Before Ozezan came out, there weren’t a lot of viable sources for Minor Vitality. This monster set is so strong that it increases everyone’s resistance while giving them minor vitality as soon as they start taking damage. This means during high-damage moments in content, the entire group can keep both buffs up very consistently. It’s not as widely used as some of the other sets on this list, but if you’re running a healer, you can’t go wrong with slotting Ozezan in a lot of content.
7. Balorgh Helmet Set
Balorgh bonuses and location in ESO:
If you’ve played a lot, you know and love Balorgh. Still, this might be the most underrated set on this list. Balorgh is incredible for burst potential, especially in PvP. you’re able to almost entirely negate someone’s defense for 12 seconds while gaining tons of weapon and spell damage. This all happens on one monster set item. For offensive burst potential, Balorgh is insane and especially works well on PvP tanks that rely on burst windows to deal heavy damage.

6. Symphony of Blades Set

Symphony is an impactful monster set to run in almost all group content. The sustained return is massive for trial content. You’ll want to run this in nearly every trial in the game. If you’ve run a lot of PvE content, you know you can feel it when there’s not a healer in Symphony. Still, there are better options in some circumstances where sustainability is less important. You’ll probably want to run the sets later in this best monster sets in ESO guide in situations where sustain isn’t an issue.
5. Zaan Monster Set ESO

Guaranteed burning, a tethered source of damage, and easy proc condition have made Zaan a great DPS monster set since it came out. Zaan is a heavy hitter, and there’s a reason it’s almost unquestionably the highest DPS monster set in content. If you run a monster set on a DPS, Zaan is often the best choice to wear. It used to be unable to hit the dragons in Sunspire or Taleria in Dreadsail Reef due to hitbox issues, but those have all been fixed. In PvP, if you’re playing up close and need a big damage monster set, Zaan slaps.
4. Bloodspawn Set

Bloodspawn is a filthy PvP set, offering a little sustain, resistances, and ultimate. As a result, you can pretty much throw this set on any PvP build, and it will work well. 3. Nazaray Monster Set

We mentioned earlier that Symphony isn’t always the best support monster set to run, and Nazaray is one of the reasons why. Nazaray extends all Major and Minor Debuffs on nearby targets, allowing for better uptimes on debuffs that aren’t consistent on bosses. As an example, earlier, we mentioned Nazaray provides the only source of Major Brittle in the game, but it doesn’t give 100% uptime on Major Brittle. With Nazaray, you can extend that debuff on the boss for up to 25 seconds at 500 ultimate.
It’s a lot sweatier, but experienced supports can track debuffs on bosses and selectively extend them with Nazaray right before the debuff falls off.
2. Archdruid Devyric Monster Set

Archdruid is probably the best support monster helmet in ESO at this time. Nazaray is arguably better since you’re able to extend Archdruid with it, but Archdruid is an auto-include on at least one support for basically every content in the game.
