A recent tweet from director Tetsuya Fukuhara shares that a trailer for Granblue Fantasy: Relink, the action-RPG set to release on Playstation 4 will be shown during Granblue Fes 2019.

Granblue Fes 2019 which will be taking place during December 13th to 14th in Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan will be showing all things Granblue, including a new trailer for Granblue Fantasy: Versus. But director Fukuhara also shares that a new “PV” will be shown for action-RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink (translated byGematsubelow):

Two weeks to go until Granblue Fantasy Fes…As usual, we’re in the home stretch, working on two trailers for Granblue Fantasy: Versus and one trailer for the Granblue Fantasy mobile game that I’m in charge of. I wonder if we’ll be able to finish them in time (they’re currently about 25 percent complete). As for the Granblue Fantasy: Relink trailer, the Osaka studio worked hard on it, so please look forward to it.

Last we saw of Relink was somedemonstration gameplaywhich outlined some of the combat, quest encounters and the flexibility of weapons in terms of playstyle. There is also going to be up to four player co-op. Players will also get to choose their character before quests, allowing you to decide how you wish to progress, either with the same character or another.

It was earlier this year whenPlatinum Games left the projectafter their contract came to an end, leaving the development to be taken over fully by Cygames internally.

The tweet also shares there are two trailers for Granblue Fantasy: Versus the beat’em up styled fighting game, and Granblue Fantasy mobile game, both of which are still being worked on. Could Cygames be ready to share a launch date for Relink? We’ll have to wait for Granblue Fantasy Fes 2019 to see.
