Eli Rothdirects from a script he co-wrote with Guillermo Amoedo. The writers previously worked together onAftershockandEli Roth’s next directorial offering,Knock, Knock, which hits theaters on October 9.The Green Infernowas initially slated for release last September, but it wasdelayed indefinitelyby Worldview Entertainment after a shake-up in that company’s front office. In June, thedirectorannounced he is teaming up withJason Blum’s Blumhouse Tilt to finally bring this thriller to theaters.
