Upcoming Hellpoint for Xbox Series X|S has now been delayed from the original launch date.

Hellpoint Xbox Series Version Release Pushed

The sci-fi souls-like titleHellpointwill be now released “one to two weeks” later than expected on Xbox Series consoles. Publisher tinyBuild and Cradle Games have announced that for Playstation 5 consoles the game will still release as planned.

According to the full message, the game was meant to launch on July 12th, but will now be pushed due to “technical specificities of the platform”. The delay will have “no impact on the launch of the “Blue Sun” downloadable content” according to the post, so those on Xbox Series can still access the DLC as planned through backward compatibility. Saves on Xbox One will be compatible with Xbox Series, so threat not Hellpoint Xbox players.

In case you missed it, Hellpoint releases on Playstation 5 (Xbox Series version now delayed) alongside theBlue Sun DLCcoming to all platforms on July 12th. The next-gen version adds a 4K upgrade, improved resolution, FPS and faster loading times.

The downloadable content Blue Sun adds more hellish enemies to face in new locations. Of course players can get their hands on new armor sets, two-handed weapons and take on a contract system.
