How to Claim Mystery Gifts in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
The process is pretty simple if you’re looking to claim a Mystery Gift in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. All you need to do ispress the X button to open your main menu. From here,click on the “Poke Portal”selection.
Scroll to the bottom andyou’ll see “Mystery Gift”as an option. Click on it, and you will be presented with four different options:

If you choosethe “Get via Internet” option, the game will connect to the internet and search for any available Mystery Gifts. If there is a global promotion going on, this is how you will obtain that.
If you selectthe “Get with Code/Password” option, you’ll need to enter a code given out by Nintendo. This is usually reserved for special in-store promotions. Usually, you will have to get a code from either a participating retailer or someone you know.
