With the recent release of the Investigation Discovery docuseries, titledQuiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,people and child actors formerly working with Nickelodeon have come forward to accuse showrunner Dan Schneider of alleged misconduct and abuse with the minor actors on set.
And not just one child star, there have been several counts where many actors who have worked with the showrunner in the past come together to corroborate these claims.
And despite some very compelling evidence in the form of witness testimonies and victims, the mother of formerZoey 101actor Chris Massey had nothing but praises to sing of the creator through her Instagram story.
In response to this, Massey has responded to these comments, saying that only he has the right to tell what he witnessed and no one else.

In a recent Instagram story by Angel Massey, the mother of the formerZoey 101star, gave her gratitude to theDrake and Joshproducer for giving her son a wonderful opportunity through his creation. She also claimed that all these things that the child actors went through could’ve been avoided if their parents had paid a little bit more attention. She wrote:
“I can’t thank this guy enough for the opportunity he gave my son @chrismasseytmb and my family. BLAME THE PARENTS. NOT DAN.”
In response to these outrageous comments, Massey took to hisInstagram Storiesand stated that only he has the right to say what he witnessed with him and his peers working for Schneider. He wrote:
“My story will be told from me…..not from a parent, a friend, a co worker…..ME!!! and only ME…so please stop messaging me about what my mom said….respectfully.”

Since there is such overwhelming evidence against Schneider, the story by Massey’s mother has only fueled the hatred of the general public.
