Tom Holland says the only thing he cares about is how he feels
When the first episode of the thriller series arrived in June, it garnered a lot of bad reviews. Some people were appreciating Holland’s performance in the show, but some also criticized the actor. While talking about the bad reviews, theChaos Walkingactor said,
“The thing is, I love my job. I love my friends. I’m not worried about what people think. The only thing I really care about is how I feel. And right now, I feel really happy and excited for people to see this show.”
As his character inThe Crowded Roomwas super intense, Holland recalled how playing the role of Danny affected him in his real life. While talking about the character, the actor said,
“I was seeing myself in the character, but in my personal life. I remember having a bit of a meltdown at home and thinking, like, ‘I’m going to shave my head. I need to shave my head because I need to get rid of this character.’ And, obviously, we were mid-shooting, so I decided not to… It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.”
