How To Get Dragon Cheer
Dipplin evolves after leveling up when it knows the move Dragon Cheer.Dragon Cheer is a brand-new move introduced in The Indigo Disk DLC, and obtaining it will both be simple and very difficult. You will have to challenge anddefeat Drayton of the Blueberry Academy Elite Four.
Drayton will first have you challengethree of his underlings only with Pokemon you caught in the Terarium.Once you’ve done that, Drayton will be up for a match whenever you’re ready, andhe’ll fight you with a team of six — mostly Dragon types, along with a Sceptile.
Defeat Drayton, the second-hardest BB League Elite Four member, to receivethe TM for Dragon Cheer.This will be the only method to gain the TM for the first time, but once obtained,you may make Dragon Cheer at a TM Machine.
How To Teach Dragon Cheer To Dipplin
Dipplin cannot naturally learn Dragon Cheer — the only method is to use the TM.Simply select the TM from your bag or at a TM Machine, and teach the move to Dipplin.
How To Evolve Dipplin Into Hydrapple
Once Dipplin knows Dragon Cheer,you will need to have Dipplin gain one level.How you do this is up to you, but candies are recommended for high-level Dipplin, while a lower-level Dipplin could just be left in the party while a strong lead Pokemon fights trainers or wild Pokemon.
Remember that Pokemon can’t evolve during auto-battle.
This will earn you a Hyrdapple. Hydrapple is needed for the Terarium Pokedex, but curiously, is absent from the Paldea and Kitakami Pokedexes. Just as Applin and its other evolutions are absent from the Terarium Pokedex.
