According to tipsterIce Universeon X and the South Korean news publicationET News, Samsung has delayed the launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge until May, possibly even into June. Samsung has reportedly informed three telecom carriers in South Korea about the delay.

The South Korean tech giant is expected to host an online event to launch the Galaxy Edge when it’s ready for the full announcement.

The phone is rumored to measure just 5.8mm in thickness, feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, and house a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Its battery is expected to be around 3,900mAh, slightly smaller than the Galaxy S25’s 4,000mAh battery. Leaked renders fromWinFuture.derevealed the phone in three colorways: black, silver, and blue.

In terms of cameras, the Galaxy S25 Edge has two rear cameras, rumored to be a 200-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Reportedly, Samsung plans to produce three million units of the Galaxy S25 Edge (viaSamMobile). While concrete pricing details have not yet been released, it is rumored to be priced at around $1,100, placing it between theGalaxy S25+andGalaxy S25 Ultra.
