Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards today revealed the entire nominee list for the upcoming award show.
The Game Awards 2020 takes place on December 10. There, players can expect to see numerous game reveals and the top games of this year celebrated. Now that the event is nearly upon us, the full list of nominees has finally been unveiled.
Naughty Dog and Sony Interactive Entertainment’s (SIE) The Last of Us Part II leads with 9 nominations (two nods in Best Performance), followed by Supergiant Games' Hades, which garnered 8 nominations. Following close behind is Ghost of Tsushima, another SIE title from Sucker Punch Productions, with 7 nominations. All three are nominated for Game of the Year alongside Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Doom Eternal, and Final Fantasy VII Remake.
