Focus Home Interactive and Dontnod Entertainment have released a new trailer forVampyr, their upcoming Action RPG, where you take on the role ofDr. Jonathan Reid, a recently turned vampire in London during the Spanish flu epidemic after WWI. They have announced that the game will release in November 2017, with no exact date as of yet. Check out the trailer:
To survive against deadlyfoesroaming the streets – vampire hunters, undead Skal and other monstrosities – you will need to choose which civilians to feed on, so you can grow stronger and evolve your vampiricabilities. Use your unholy powers to manipulate and delve into the lives of those around you – but be prepared to live with the consequences of your actions. A web of interconnected citizens with unique lives and relationships react to your decisions, and killing just one may cause the downfall of an entire city district. Your actions will save or doom London.
The trailer shows off some of the slick and moody atmosphere of the game, as well as gives a look at the vampiric combat skills you’ll be using in the game.
